The Town Square is home to singles and couples in need of
caring assistance for everyday activities.
The home-like atmosphere allows people to live in a secure apartment with
all the comforts and none of the stress of running a household.
A Carefree, Maintenance-Free Lifestyle...
Residents live independently in spacious, ground-floor studio and one-bedroom apartments.
The apartments are unfurnished, awaiting your favorite furniture; yet complete with
carpeting, window privacy blinds, ceiling fans, individual cooling and heating controls,
in-room attic storage and cable TV.
Every apartment has a kitchenette, refrigerator
and generous closet space. The bathrooms are designed for safety and security is
a top priority. After hours, key cards are needed to enter the building, which is
protected by smoke detectors, sprinklers and 24-hour staffing.
...with the reassurance of Extended Congregate Care...
The best part of living at The Town Square is the comfort of knowing that the medical
professionals at Wuesthoff are close at hand. Extended Congregate Care (ECC) licensing
allows The Town Square to provide an enhanced scope of services to residents as
their level of care increases, as long as the resident does not require skilled
or 24-hour nursing services. ECC licensing permits enhanced nursing services that
would otherwise only be available from a nursing home.

Our residents enjoy all the comforts of home in private studio and one-bedroom apartments
and such amenities as
a gift shop, hair salon, library, and post office.
Activities include movies, organized games and lunch outings. Residents may gather
with friends in the cozy and inviting living room to watch favorite shows on TV
or read a book by the fireplace. For exercise, they may enjoy a walk around the
beautifully maintained grounds and swimming excursions at the neighboring club.
Three meals are served daily in the restaurant-style dining room. The lovely apartments
accommodate personal furnishings and include a kitchenette just right for a light
meal or snack.
Bingo games ... theater outings ... Valentine's Day dances ... It's no secret that
The Town Square staff puts a lot of time and thought into planning the many activities
our residents enjoy!

The monthly fee at The Town Square includes, but is not limited to:
Health Services
- 24 hour supervision by a licensed nurse
- Assistance with personal needs including ambulation, grooming, bathing, dressing
and toileting
- Medication supervision or administration
- Transportation to medical appointments

- Three well-balanced meals a day from selected menus

Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Laundry facilities for personal laundry
- General maintenance of the building and public areas
Security
- Safety features, including grab bars, hand rails, smoke detectors and sprinkler
system

Room Furnishings
Each studio and one-bedroom apartment is well constructed. Wall-to-wall carpeting,
blinds and an individual heating/cooling system contribute to the home-like atmosphere.
The specially designed kitchenette includes fine cabinetry, a refrigerator and a
sink.

if you require the services of a skilled nursing facility.
Admission to The Town Square
Admission to The Town Square is open to all people who have met medical and financial
criteria. Medical criteria are set by Florida Statutes and require that a person
be able to evacuate the building safely, is free of infectious disease and can perform
limited activities of daily living with assistance or supervision. A physical examination
is required within sixty (60) days prior to admission.
