Our volunteers are part of a long and proud tradition of selfless giving at Wuesthoff Health System. They add a warm and special touch to our healthcare services. Volunteers bring their time, skill and compassion to Wuesthoff. They brighten the patients' day and lighten the staff's workload. Anyone age 14 and older can volunteer. Many teenagers volunteer to learn about the healthcare industry and gain useful experience. The volunteer opportunities range from quiet office work, to technical jobs, to social interaction with patients.

Our patients and staff can benefit from the talents you can offer. When volunteering, you can work as little or as much as your schedule permits. Besides the reward of helping others, Wuesthoff volunteers receive:

  • Discounts at the Pink Shelf gift shops, cafeterias, and Florida theme parks.
  • Free flu shots, tuberculosis tests, and blood pressure checks.
  • Volunteer rewards luncheon and a birthday lunch.
  • Opportunities to serve in many roles, meet people, make friends and help others.
